I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, making us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great visit, offering excellent customer service and arranging convenient services like early check-in and taxis. The location was superb, close to everything we wanted to explore. However, the dining options were a bit limited, but we found some great cafes nearby.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were lovely and spacious, clean, and well-maintained, but unfortunately, there was a very bad smell lingering. The service was a bit hit and miss – some staff members were excellent and helpful, while others lacked a welcoming attitude. The location was great, right in the CBD with easy access to public transport, but the lift was overly busy during checkout times. The dining experience was good overall, with the option for self-catering breakfast. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, but the limited Wi-Fi access was a downside.

The hotel has an excellent enclosed balcony, but there was a funny smell like mold that required keeping the balcony doors open, leading to noise issues. Some small things were lacking, and the TV had basic channels despite being advertised with streaming capabilities. The service is a mix of unfortunate rudeness and fantastic assistance, including eco-friendly options. The location is fantastic with courteous staff, despite some cleanliness issues in the shower. The dining experience was a pleasant surprise with easy access to nearby shops. The facilities are decent, though improvements could be made.

I had a love-hate relationship with this hotel. On one hand, the spotless rooms were a comfortable retreat, but the lack of a kettle for a morning cup of tea and the black mold issue were definite downsides. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are like proper apartments, with two bathrooms and two bedrooms, perfect if you want a bit of privacy. Having a kitchen to cook your own food was a real bonus for me. The service was top-notch; they did me the biggest favor by allowing a free 12pm check-out when I needed a later time, and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the mall and close to everything you could need for a short or longer stay in the city. My only disappointment was not having a small lobby bar available for a quick snack or drink. Overall, a great value for money experience!
